The letter, which is to be kept in the notarial register for at least five years, must be signed by the notary.
The notarial officer is authorised to take a sample of the notarising paper for examination by a notary at the office.
The sample will be sent to the notaries office.
Anyone who cannot prove they have a valid notarial licence may be refused entry to the building.
There is no limit to the number of notaries allowed in the building but only a maximum of two can sign letters.
