CINCINNATI — For all of its historical significance, Cincinnati isn’t exactly a tourist destination.
It’s also one of the nation’s most expensive cities to visit.
But it’s a big city.
So how can you legally drive there?
Here are the steps to take to get your city-issued photo on a city- issued ID card:Step 1: Get a photo.
Step 2: Complete an application for a driver’s licenses.
Step 3: If you don’t qualify, get a photo from an Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) photo lab or from a local government official.
If you qualify, the photo must be sent to the city or county where you live.
The ID card will be used to verify the photo.
If the photo is accepted, the ID card number will be assigned to you and your ID will be accepted.
If not, the card will expire.
Step 4: Bring the ID to the nearest ID processing facility.
Step 5: Make your request.
Step 6: The ID will take about six weeks to process.
You can expect to receive your photo in mid-April.
If you’re not eligible, you can still obtain a photo at any of the ID processing facilities listed below.
If your photo isn’t accepted, your photo will be returned to the DMV.
