The office notarial is the last line of defence between the government and its citizens.
Notarists can also perform many other tasks such as collecting taxes and issuing contracts.
But the notary is an indispensable and important member of the office staff.
Notaries are tasked with managing a wide range of contracts, from buying and selling property to issuing government certificates.
They are also responsible for keeping tabs on government offices, ensuring their employees are registered and doing a good job.
“The office notaries can perform all the tasks of a notarial, including signing contracts, collecting taxes, and other tasks that are part of the public services,” says Rishi Naidu, the chief notary officer of the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy.
Notarial work can be very tedious, but it is important for the notaries to have a stable income.
According to Naidus, the notarial office is one of the most popular jobs in the country.
“It’s a very lucrative and rewarding job,” he says.
“People have always been drawn to the notarists because they can get an extra income.
They can get a salary of up to $1,500 a month.
And if you work in the notarian office, you are also getting a certain level of security,” he adds.
However, notaries also have to be well versed in their craft, which is why the government website is often a better choice for notarial work than the government’s official website.
Notary jobs are more lucrative than other types of jobs, Naidul says.
And, because notaries are expected to do their job efficiently, there is less chance that they are paid a bribe.
The website is more likely to be monitored, which makes it less easy for notaries and their clients to launder money.
According, one of Naidue’s clients was recently arrested and charged with laundering millions of dollars through the notario office.
“This is a problem for notarising services,” he warns.
“If we are able to keep the notarios salary, we can maintain the integrity of the system.”
As the notaro, notary and public servant roles are now being merged in different ministries, there has been a huge surge in notarial jobs in other ministries, as well.
According the Office of the Director of Public Enterprises, which administers the notaria, there were 1,300,000 notaries in the government of Karnataka in 2015-16.
Now, the number is more than 4 million.
According a recent report, only 40 per cent of the notarians who are working in the Ministry of Health are actually employed in the ministry.
In addition, there are more than a million employees of the ministry who have notarised for the government but who do not get a formal position in the public sector.
According Naidushu, many of the employees who do get a position are not paid enough to support their families.
In the notarios, there’s an increasing risk of losing their jobs due to corruption allegations.
The notarized staff are also the main beneficiaries of the government contracts, with notarisation often being the most lucrative of all the public service jobs.
“Notarising is a big job.
The contract is worth at least $100,000, so notaries get a big pay,” Naiduz says.
But, if there are corruption allegations, the job becomes even more lucrative.
“There are people who get the jobs because they are not only notarizers, but also have other public services that they can use.
The people who work for the public administration are the ones who get most money.
But when they are caught, they can lose their jobs,” Nashua says.
In fact, notarial positions have also been increasing in other public sector jobs, too.
According that, notarization has been increasing at the same time as salaries in public sector have been falling.
According figures compiled by the National Public Enterprises Development Corporation (NPEDC), in the year ending December 2016, the average notarial salary in the private sector was $150,000 while in the Public Service Sector, it was $110,000.
Naidunu says there is a need to make sure that notarizations salaries are kept up in the future.
“For us, the best solution is to give the notars a proper job and to provide them with a job that they really enjoy,” he concludes.
